- Clients please give a 24 hour notice for any cancellation.

- Retail exchanges will
be given as a store credit within 30 days of purchase with purchase receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to give cash refunds.
- Salon 3121 gift certificates and gift
cards are non-refundable, but are valid for up to 1 year after the purchase date.
- Spa packages – this time
is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep your appointments, the courtesy of a 24 hour notice is appreciated.
Thank you!!! Without the 24 hour notice, a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the package price needs
to be charged. We appreciate the understanding that everyone’s time is valuable.
