The nominating deadline is 15th. The top nominees(must have 10 to continue) will be posted by the 16 for public voting with voting ending on the 30th/31st. All nominees must reside in Arizona. The winner will be announced the first business day of the winning month and will receive a Salon3121 package, valued at over $100, along with special discounts throughout the month.
